Build A Summer Salad

Your festive guide to holiday gifting - chosen by our team

One of the highlights of summer has to be the backyard BBQs and time spent with friends and family. A delicious fresh salad seems to always be a staple at any barbeque or picnic and while there are the tried-and-true favourites, why not have some fun and mix things up and try some new ingredient combinations?

I’ve put this list together to help you choose some ingredients from each section and mix things up by adding different nuts and seeds or fresh fruit and herbs to make delicious (and unique!) flavour combinations. And when it comes to the dressings the options are endless. Our favourites are tangy apple cider vinegar paired with lemon and yoghurt, and we’d never turn down a peanut butter miso combo.
