Ingredients

Each capsule contains: Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.85 mg   Vitamin B12 (as hydroxocobalamin acetate) 1.2 mcg   Bifidobacterium longum 1714™ 50mg   5B CFU Saffron stigma extract (Crocus sativus L.)  14mg  

Other ingredients: Cellulose, vegetable capsule (cellulose and water), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Directions

Ages 8+: Take 1-2 capsules daily with or without a meal, or as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
