While we regard this product as generally safe when used as recommended, we advise caution in combining it with other supplements also containing B6. In general, we recommend most people should avoid taking >50mg total supplemental B6 per day on an ongoing basis unless under the advice of a qualified health professional.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 vege capsule daily.
