Goodlife Sprouting Jar Kit Gift Box Set: Gifting made easy Goodlife Sprouting Jar Kits. This kit comes packed in gift box along with: 1 x GoodLife 1 litre Glass Jar, 1 x GoodLife white reusable Sprouting Lid with stainless steel mesh, 1 x Complementary starter envelope of Organic Sprouting Seeds and a instruction leaflet on how to grow your sprouts.

Sprouts are a healthy addition to any diet and it couldnt be simpler growing them at home.

Directions

To use: Pop your seeds in the jar, screw on your mesh lid, fill jar halfway with water and leave your seeds to soak for a few hours (follow your instruction guide in the kit) this activates the seeds.Empty the water from the jar through the lid and give the seeds a really good rinse a couple of times in the jar, shaking as you go. Stand upside down to drain.Each day rinse with fresh cold water twice a day am and pm, then just flip your jar, give it a good shake to move the sprouts around and get out the majority of the water, stand it upside down on your kitchen bench and walk away leaving it to free-drain and grow. So simple.  In approximately 5 days you will have a beautiful jar full of sprouted goodness ready to feed your family.
Precautions
  • Clean jar before using for the first time (these jars are dishwasher safe).  
  • Do not put in direct sunlight unless instructions on seed bag say so.

Delivery to Australia is free on all orders over $99 AUD. For orders under $99 AUD, delivery is available from $9.90 AUD.
