Solgar L-lysine provides 1000mg contains the amino acid L-lysine.

L-lysine is an essential amino acid found in muscle tissue. Amino acids are found in protein and support several functions within the body. They are classified as “essential” or “non-essential”. Essential amino acids cannot be made within the body and must be supplied by the diet and non- essential amino acids can be made within the body.

Amino acids support normal production and function of hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters, antibodies, and nutrient carriers.

Foods that increase amino acid intake are protein foods like meat, beans, cheese, and eggs.

Each tablet contains: L-Lysine (as HCL)(Free Form) 1000mg Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose Anti-caking Agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil) cellulose gum
Directions

Adults: As a dietary supplement take one (1) tablet daily, with juice or water iin between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
