Solgar Potassium contains the mineral potassium.

Potassium is an electrolyte and supports several processes, including fluid balance, within the body. It supports regular nerve signals which travel from the brain, through the spinal column to the muscles, supporting normal nervous system and muscle function. Potassium also supports normal blood pressure.

Food sources of potassium include fruit and vegetables, sardines, and sunflower seeds. Eating foods high in potassium can support fluid balance and the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles. For those who don’t get enough potassium from food, taking a supplement may be beneficial.
